I will send you a link to my intake forms and questionnaires to fill out and send back. I will then review and schedule a 60 minute telehealth/video chat where I will go over the forms and ask any further questions. Through my personalized coaching as a perimenopause nutritionist, I work along side you to develop my assessment, recommendations and meal plan. We will meet up again once the assessment is complete and discuss your plan of action in detail with guidance and motivation.

Creating a detailed write up of your health and wellness recommendations with focus on hormone balancing, adequate vitamin and mineral intake, stress management, and other areas of challenge.
I will be combining nutritious and delicious, healthy, nutrient packed meal ideas, gentle exercise recommendations, sleep guidance, deep breathing techniques, and motivational lifestyle coaching. I will recommend a daily and weekly routine for morning, afternoon and evening rituals/routines along with recommendations for stress reduction, mind clarity, and relaxation tips.
As a holistic nutritionist I will be working on balancing your

I will be sharing an abundance of recipes focusing on increasing antioxidants, reducing inflammation, replenishing nutrients, vitamins and minerals and encouraging the eliminations of toxins that can contribute to throw off your hormones.
I will be incorporating all your favorites with showing healthier versions and alternative options to take-outs, snacks and desserts or teach you how to eat them in moderation.
You will be learning how to make easy sauces and dips from scratch and eliminating unhealthy oils, sugars, fillers, and preservatives.
You will be learning the importance of when to choose organic and how to shop on a budget. I will be including your family and friends and and making cooking a relaxing, fun and positive experience.
